Cabin Rental Policy
We strive to maintain a family-oriented atmosphere our cabin sites. Quiet hours are enforced between from 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. Parties including more than the registered number of guests are not permitted without prior arrangement. Should you be asked to leave, no part of your payment will be refunded. Should you find activity at a cabin near yours inappropriate, please call. Our residence is located nearby, and we routinely visit the site in the evenings as a service to guests.
Reservations
A deposit of half the total amount due is required for reservation confirmation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made fewer than 30 days in advance require full payment. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if the deposit is not received within 10 days. We accept payment by cash, money order, or by Visa, Discover, and MasterCard; personal checks are accepted if received 30 days before check-in.
Cancellations
Should you cancel your reservation 30 days or more prior to check-in, your money, less a 10-percent service charge, will be refunded. Should you cancel your arrangements fewer than 30 days prior to check-in, your money, less a ten-percent service charge, will be refunded if the cabin is re-rented for your reservation period.
